Welcome to The Shops at Trendy Thingstm . Please review the terms & conditions of the mall before heading out to shop, buy or sell. If you become a shop owner, you will need to agree to these terms and conditions during your registration process. Thank you.
The use of this webiste, including shoppers, buyers and sellers are subject to the following terms of use:
Buyers:
• shop in the convenience of your own home
• browse for free – no registration required to browse
• post reviews on your favorite products and shops after your purchase
• individual owners may have their own policies and terms and conditions available in their shop
Shop Owners:
• by including your shop and/or www.trendythings.biz / The Shops at Trendy Thingstm in your marketing materials or promotions at a show etc, your marketing effors will help to keep costs affordable for everyone
• respect us...respect each other...respect your customer
• owners will have an admin panel to manage their products, orders, shipments, refunds and payments etc.
• if your customer has a dispute, needs a refund, or wants to return a product, please deal with them directly (we suggest you specify this in your terms & conditions)
• if you have a dispute with another vendor, please deal with them directly
• if a customer submits a complaint against a shop or shop owner, we will advise them to work with you directly and will forward the complaint to you; depending on the circumstances, a shop owner could be asked to remove their shop from the mall (this would be determined by the mall admin)
